About these terms
This website is run by Adamtemedia, a freelance video production business based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, UK. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the website
You may browse the site and share links to it for personal or business purposes. You must not misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, sending spam through the forms, or using the site in any way that breaks the law.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry or retainer application does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything. Any information on the site about services, kit or turnaround is a general description, not an offer. A project is only confirmed once we have agreed a written quote and booking terms, which will then govern that work.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including video, photography, text, graphics and the Adamtemedia name, belongs to Adamtemedia or is used with permission. You may not copy, download, reuse or republish it without written permission. Client logos are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners.
Accuracy and availability
I aim to keep the site accurate and available, but I can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Content may change without notice.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites such as Instagram. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Adamtemedia is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Your data
How I handle information you send through the site is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
